- Led the acquisition stream that brought in 60% of company revenue through events, promo mechanics and free trials — every channel with positive unit economics.
- Grew new contacts by 81% while cutting cost per lead by 37% through funnel analytics, hypothesis testing and new acquisition channels.
- Grew revenue from add-on products by 26% year over year: ran 20 in-depth interviews with alumni, found churn points and set up trigger-based CRM communications.
- Cut refunds from 6.5% to 1.5% by restructuring the offer together with the academic team and automating refund and transfer rules in support.
- Doubled website release speed and cut development cost 4x with no loss in quality: moved the site from a no-code builder to our own code with a design system and personally shipped and updated 10+ landing pages using AI tools.
- Turned support into a sales channel that brought 10–15% of repeat sales: cut first response time from 3–4 hours to 30–45 minutes and automated a third of requests with bot scenarios.
- Hired and onboarded 3 people: two designers, with whom a page’s path from brief to production shrank from 5–7 to 2–3 days, and an academic manager who took over support and student satisfaction.
